Locums - A great group is seeking a CRNA to assist with sporadic coverage at their facility about 1 hour east of Peoria, Illinois.

• Certified CRNA
• Start ASAP for ongoing need
• Shifts 7a-3:30p, sporadic need covering staff time-off; approx. 4 shifts per month
• Approx 5-7 surgical cases per day
• Required procedures include intubations, spinal, bier blocks, etc.
• EMR EPIC
• Active IL license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, recent case logs
• Starting rate $215/hr dependent upon experience, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
