• Flexible shifts with majority of work hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Every 3rd weekend requirement
• Home health/home based care setting
• Patients include orthopedic cases, strokes, joint issues, and spinal injuries
• Must have 1 year of experience, home setting experience preferred
• Experience with Oasis government mandated forms required
• Floor specific orientation lasting 1.5 to 2 weeks
• BLS certification required

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
