This role offers weekday clinical hours with call responsibilities, supported by an anesthesiologist and a team of CRNAs. The position is flexible for in-state and traveling providers, with coverage expectations tailored accordingly.

• Schedule:

  • Clinical: MondayFriday, 6:30a2:30p (may extend depending on cases)

  • Call: 2:30p6:30a the following morning; weekends 2:30p Friday6:30a Monday

• Call Ratio: 1:5

• Patients per Call Shift: 2

• Patient Assignments: Unassigned

• Call Response Time: 20 minutes

• Facility Size: 6 beds

• Patient Volume: 120 per shift

• Hospital Certification: Stroke Certified

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• DEA: Not required (hospital DEA available)

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin Medical License

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS Certifications Required
