• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week

• Start Time: 6:30 AM (target wheels in at 7:10 AM)

• Model: Medical Direction Anesthesia Care Team (MD + CRNA SRNA)

• Assignments:

  • Hands-on anesthesia care in OR and off-site locations

  • Rotation to provide break/lunch coverage

• No solo work

• EMR: Cerner (SA Anesthesia)

• Avg cases per day: 65

• Avg cases per night: 2

• Avg cases per week: 350

• Avg cases per year: 18,000

• Facility specializes in surgical oncology (intraoperative chemoperfusion)

• Up to 24 active sites
