About this Opportunity

• Monday-Friday with eight working daylight hours
• See 18 to 24 patients per day
• Minimal on-call responsibilities
• Current, unrestricted Florida nurse practitioner license
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority

Compensation and Benefits Offered

• Average provider is making in the $135K range, with some making up to $170K
• Work off a guarantee initially, but quickly transition to productivity pay
• 401K (after 6 months)
• All Licenses covered
• Health insurance
• Malpractice is covered by us 100%
• $3,000 CME budget given each anniversary year, after 1st90 days
