OVERVIEW

Private single specialty group is adding an NP-Hospitalist to its stable program at a community hospital this Winter.

ROLE

' Average daily census for APPs can be as low as 5 up to 12/13 on the busiest days
' Start date: February 2026
' Staffing Model:

1 MD and 1 ACNP rounding per day 7am-7pm

1 Nocturnist 7pm-7am

Critical care app (ICU) helps with admission volume in the afternoon

PACKAGE

Year 1 Salary $170,000

Year 2 Salary 175,000

YOU

'Ability to obtain/maintain NP license in Maine
'1+ years experience preferred in Internal or Family Medicine
'NP-Certification & Master's Degree
