The facility is located south of Savannah, GA.

This role involves managing patient admissions and discharges, conducting medication checks, and participating in weekly team meetings to review patient care. The provider handles an average caseload of 12-16 patients per day, collaborating closely with the Medical Director, physicians, therapists, and Behavioral Health Technicians. Candidates should be strong team players and open to either part-time or full-time availability.
