About the Role
We are seeking a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)  to join us at TeamHealth, the largest and most financially stable group practice in the United States. This position offers the opportunity to provide onsite patient care within assisted living facilities (ALF) while enjoying the flexibility of completing documentation from remotely.
 
Role Overview

• Schedule: flexible schedule working 2 days per week within Monday to Friday  
• Provide onsite patient care in an assisted living facility by conducting rounds to assigned patients
• Complete documentation remotely (TeamHealth provides iPad or laptop), within 48 hours of patient visit

 
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

 
Requirements

• LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW 
• Experience with EMR EPIC or Gehrimed is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational skills required, especially with patient documentation

Compensation
Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated range of $28,113 to $33,736 annually with no cap on productivity income
