Job Title:Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Overview:
We are hiringPsychiatric Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs)with experience insubstance use disordersto join our growing behavioral health team in Massachusetts. Positions are available inBoston, Haverhill, and Lowell, with flexibility forpart-time or full-time schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with mental health and substance usedisorders.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) when appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• LicensedNurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA)in Massachusetts.
• Certification in Psychiatry and/or relevant clinical experience required.
• Experience working with patients who havesubstance use disordersstrongly preferred.
• DEA license and buprenorphine waiver (or eligibility) a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
