NW Pediatrics Integrative Medicine seeks a dedicated and compassionate Speech & Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct thorough speech, oromotor, etc. evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnoses.
• Utilize triage skills to prioritize patient care effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. Collaborate with in-house primary care physicians and specialty providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records systems.
• Educate patients and families about related health conditions and treatment options
• Stay updated on ICD-10 coding for accurate billing and documentation purposes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current certification from ASHA
• Active Oregon SLP license
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, Microsoft Office, and online clinical journals/resources
• Has various therapeutics tools for helping children and families.
• Has experience working with neuro-divergent populations.
• Has knowledge about holistic interventions for health.
