- Hospital Stroke Certified
- 3 Providers Requested
- CRNA MUST work without supervision and be proficient in blocks
- Might be asked to do back up call
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- Active MO License Required
- EMR: Paper Charting
- Must have Active CSR
- ACLS, BNDD Required
