Seeking Psychiatric NP / PA – Outpatient Role, No Call, Full Admin Support, Great Work-Life Balance

We are a highly rated, innovative outpatient Psychiatry & Ketamine practice in the DMV, led by a triple board-certified psychiatrist and pain specialist. We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, forward-thinking team.

Position: W2 employee, part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) or full-time, with benefits.

Your Role:

• Outpatient care for mood, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, and addiction
• Medication management and psychotherapy services within scope
• Complete timely documentation per insurance requirements
• Use of EHR and basic tech tools
• Collaboration with supervising physician and team

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP or PA-C license (with CAQ-Psychiatry) in Virginia
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Minimum 20 hours/week availability (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–7 PM)
• Active NPI & CAQH profile (or willing to complete)
• No active noncompete or contract restrictions
• Willingness to consent to background check

About Our Patients:

We treat adults (18–65), with an average patient age of 20–45. We work exclusively with commercial insurance—no Medicaid, Medicare, or on-call service.

Work Location: Fairfax, VA (in person; relocation required if not local)
