- Perform advanced and highly complex magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exams such as; scanning, physics, cross section anatomy, and post processing for patients. - Independently differentiate between normal pathologic structures on patient's exam results. - Review patient's medical history to confirm appropriateness of examination ordered. - Manage daily schedules, to include scheduling and/or coordinating patient radiologic exams. - Record exam results in patient's electronic healthcare record. - Calibrate and maintain MRI equipment to confirm accurate readings. - Perform post processing imaging and calculations as required for each study. - Utilize standard concepts/practices and procedures for safe operation of radiologic ultrasound equipment.
