Hours:Flexible 4 day work week; 32 hours clinical 8 hours administrative

Languages Required: Spanish
Average Patients seen: Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1500 patients.
Call Schedule: One week up to two times per quarter

Compensation: - Base salary up to $137k + 10% salary increase for Spanish Bilingual- Annual bonuses up to $20,000
