NP's required to have 4 active state licenses and able to work 20-40 hours M-S for 90 days. Adult patient population for Primary Care including weight Loss; 4-8 patients per hour. Training provided over 2 days M/T or W/TH. Healthie EMR and Asynchronous refill. Provider will need to have own computer for video visits, all web based no software downloads required. • Target schedule: M-F 12 pm to 8pm CST Weekends 5-8 hours between 5 am and 11pm CST
• Must be able to work 20-40 hours per week. 2 weekends per month if doing weekends.
