- M-F coverage. 8-hour (0700-1530) and 10-hour (0700-1730) shifts available
- 4 Providers Requested
- General, Ortho, Urology, Optho, Plastics, ENT, Neurosurg,Vascular, Podiatry, EP, Endoscopy, Bronch
- Trauma Level II
- Proficiency in spinal anesthesia and aline insertion preferred but not required
- Patients Per Shift: 2-12
- Beds in Facility: 11
- No Call
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Board Certified Required
- Active PA License
- PALS Required
- EMR: Cerner
