Clinical Role:

- Location is 1.5hrs toPittsburg and State College
- Required: Board certified CRNA with active Pennsylvania license
- Coverage Requested:
  - June 20th
  - Ongoing dates available
- Practice Setting:Surgical Center
- Credentialing can be done within 1 day w/ application process
- Ideal schedule is CRNA who can offer 10-12 shifts per month
- 3 days per week M-TU-WED is best
- Light schedule on TH, no needs Fridays
- Types of Cases: Cataract Cases
- 4 cases per hour
- Hours: 7:30am 3:00pm
- Guaranteed 8 Hours of Pay
- Paper charting
- CRNA's work solo
