DESCRIPTION:

Full time provider needed

Need to have someone who can start as soon as credentialed, any consecutive M-F coverage, either 10s or 12s. Multiple providers, daily.

No call/no weekends

All types of surgeries are done at this facility but not all skills are required of the CRNA coming in for locums. We just need to list all skills the CRNA is skilled in

REQUIRED:

MO State license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified NBCRNA and DEA required

COVID-19 Vaccine Required

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate

Malpractice insurance provided

OT rate applicable after 10 or 12 hours, depending on the shift length. Paid at 1.5x the regular rate.

SCHEDULE:

Starting 6/3/24

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
