Job Description

Join the compassionate team at Pacific Medical Centers' Federal Way clinic as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with part-time or full-time flexibility. This practice is known for serving the community and has a dedicated team of providers, support staff and effective leaders who foster a collegial work culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including military patients under the USFHP Plan. • Open to both Family Medicine as well as Internal Medicine experience
• A minimum of 2 years of Primary Care NP or PA experience is required
• Flexible FTE from 0.7-1.0
• Good practice location and diverse patient panels
• Outpatient Primary Care only
• On-site lab
• Compensation is between $126,734 and $165,555 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.

Pacific Medical Centers Federal Way clinic is an accredited patient-centered medical home, delivering convenient care to patients using a team-based model led by a provider. Federal Way offers primary care and specialty care in cardiology, dermatology, behavioral medicine and podiatry and has a registered dietitian in-house. With a personalized approach to medicine at the forefront, Federal Way offers convenient on-site services such as x-ray, laboratory, pharmacy and interpreter services.
