As a Nurse( Clinical/Medical-Surg) you will: - Document all nursing care and nursing assessments in the electronic medical record. - Provide continuous patient observation, monitoring and reporting to prevent complications and restore the patient to health. - Interpret vital signs, signs and symptoms of deterioration in condition, and normal and abnormal cardiac rhythms. - Initiate life-saving measures, which include, but are not limited to cardiopulmonary resuscitation. - Administer and monitors the use of medications.
