Requirements

• CurrentFL RN License or compact RN license 
  
• 1year in any of the hospital specialties
  
• Graduateof an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solidexperience
  
• BLSand/or any other certifications required for that specialty
  

Responsibilities

• Lookingfor 1 year of experience in any of the hospital specialties
  
• Bedsdepending on location and department
  
• Properpatient ratios
  
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment,and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  
• Ability to perform work that requiresfrequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, liftingof patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
