We are looking for In Patient Case Managers in the Fort Myers area.

Job Description

  • Get Patient ready for discharge

  • Rounding on patients

  • Registered Nurse in the State of Florida-Required upon hire

  • 1 years of recent In Patient Case Management Experience-Required

  • M-F 8 to 5 hours
