Medical Assistant (CMA) Scottsdale, AZ
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our medical practice full time in Scottsdale, AZ. Ideally, the incoming Medical Assistant has strong communication skills, is friendly, outgoing, and organized, and is experienced in Fertility medicine. This position is far more in-depth than the average MA position, as the MA will be involved in procedures, medication ordering, monitoring blood work to name a few, so this job requires someone who is experienced and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The incoming MA must have experience as an MA in a fertility office and have spent a considerable amount of time within one office/medical group.
As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Physician with patients encounters and care, to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intake, Rooming patients and taking vitals
Work with the patients and provider during patient visits as instructed by provider
Setting up and Assisting with procedures IUI's, HSG's, mock transfer, saline sonograms
Organize patient paperwork as needed and assisting with documentation
Patient education as to medications teaching (injections)
Ensure documents are available and accessible for the provider prior to patient visits including specialist reports, imaging reports, and any other items needing provider review
Assist with Medication ordering, monitoring blood work, and answering complex portal messages
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

Requirements:

Experience with fertility health/medicine required
Medical Assistant (CMA) licensed to practice in AZ
Considerable amount of time worked within one office/medical group (greater than 1 year)

Schedule:

Full time (Monday to Friday)

Salary:

$18 -$23 per hour plus bonus
