  • Hours:Monday - Friday | One Half-Day Saturday per Month | 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week

  • Call Schedule: Phone Only | Rotated Weekly Every 7 Weeks

  • Sign-On Bonus: $2500
  • Compensation: Salary based on experience with additional bonuses and incentives-Sign-on bonus -Up to $12,000 earned productivity bonus- Relocation assistance provided for FTE!

We would love the opportunity for you to be on our team!DETAILS:- This position will work and spend time in our 2 locations: Hazel Crest and Chicago Heights, about a 10-minute distance between the 2 locations- Provide routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising Physician- Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol- Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocolQUALIFICATIONS:- IL License REQUIRED-Experience as an NP preferred, however, will consider candidates with 3-5 years of RN experience relating to a pediatric patient panel-Comfortable tending to a pediatric patient panel as well as adults
