Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our multi-specialty group practice which includes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.

Schedule

Full-time negotiable schedule
On call 3-4 days per month
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on requested information being returned timely

Compensation & Benefits

$240k - $375k DOE (including all bonuses)
3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
Sign on bonus - negotiable
Relocation allowance
Full benefits package
$5k CME credit
Tuition reimbursement

Position Details

Requirements

BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Required
OH license (or willing to obtain) - Required
BLS, ACLS (by time of start) - Required
Required procedures: EKG Interpretation, Adult Outpatient, General Outpatient, Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear, Trigger Point/Joint Injections, Skin/Tissue Biopsy, Suturing of Minor Lacerations, Incision & Drainage, Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Prenatal Care, Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
