An FQHC in New York is looking for experienced Pain Management Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team.

About the Opportunity:

Location: Queens County, NY
Setting: Outpatient, Primary Care
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9a-5p

Responsibilities of the Pain Management APP:

• Provide direct patient care in a comprehensive pain management department.
• Multidisciplinary team including physical therapy and CT guided injections available on-site.
• Primary care, behavioral health and other specialty services also available on site to support.

Qualifications:

• NYS State Licensed/Registered and Board-Certified
• Advanced Practice Provider, BC with previous experience required prescribing opioid medications required.
