An established regional hospital in southern Virginia is planning to hire an additional OB/GYN. The facility needs assistance with the high demand from the community. Your call schedule will be 1:4. The facility is accepting candidates who are board certified or board eligible. A VA license is required to start this position, and CompHealth can assist you with the processing and application.
You'll receive a competitive compensation package with a salary of $350K, medical benefits, and 27 days of PTO. You'll also be provided $15K relocation reimbursement, loan assistance and sign-on bonus of $50K, $25K at the end of your first year, $25K at the end of your second year, Reimbursement for professional dues and licenses, life insurance, one week CME per year, a retirement package, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
