A general neurologist is needed at an established hospital in Virginia. The facility is accepting candidates who are board certified or board eligible. J1 and H1-B visa holders can be supported. You will work in a setting that is primarily outpatient with minimal inpatient rounding. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1:4 call. The incoming neurologist will see 15 to 20 patients per day on average. The ideal neurology physician is an excellent communicator, has fun while working hard, and is comfortable seeing all types of neurology patients. This position will require a Virginia license. If you do not currently hold a license in VA, CompHealth can help you obtain one.

You'll receive a competitive compensation package, RVU bonuses, health benefits, and five weeks of vacation. You'll also be provided $10K for relocation assistance, a $50K sign-on, life insurance, one week of CME time and a $2750 stipend, a retirement package, and malpractice insurance.
