Outstanding Internal Medicine opportumity in a modern clinic/hospital setting joining other primary care physicians and mid-level providers in a town of 1050 with a service area of 8000 in southwest South Dakota in the Rapid City/Hot Springs metro area. J-1 and H1B candidates are welcomed to apply. Physician will be mostly in the clinic but will cover the ER one night per week. Will provide direct patient care for all ages and treat basic medical conditions. After diagnosing health problems, can either provide direct care or refer patient to specialists, if condition requires.

This is a modern clinic/hospital setting with excellent working conditions including positive team continuity, effort and support with a pleasant patient base. Clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with rotating responsibilities for Saturday coverage, 9:00 AM - 12 noon. Patient volume averages 18 patients/day.

Salary is $200,000 with incentives after the first year, with an exceptional benefits package. Must be MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible. Must secure a South Dakota license and VA certification, if necessary, to accomodate VA patients.
