Locums Burlington, Vermont, Geriatrics Opening

- Need of 1 MD locum in the Department of Medicine. Specialty- Geriatrics
- Description of Work Assignment: Skilled Nursing facility and/or Custodial care inpatient unit
- Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 5 days
- Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: 8a-5p
- No on call
- Patient Load: 8-12 patient per day
- Provider does not have Particular Fellowship
- Accept Experience Over Fellowship
- Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics preferred
- Certifications Required: BLS
- No additional support staff
- Inpatient unit would be working with unit staff and skilled nursing facility with other providers and nursing home staff
- Mid levels: MD would not have director reports however maybe be asked to consult on a patient case if needed
- Trauma Level of Work Location: 1
- EMR System: EPIC and PCC
- Clinic EMR vs. the Hospital EMR: EPIC however different application
- Expectations of the Physician Culturally: Team player, professional, respectful and completes tasks and responsibilities timely
