This hospital has multiple awards and accreditations, a residency program, and brand new Olympus equipment for EGDs and colonoscopies. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, and the staff gastroenterologist is seeing 40 patients per day in the clinic on average. There is a one month wait to see the gastroenterologist currently, and the hospital would like bring on more support. A candidate able to perform ERCP is especially encouraged to apply. Shared call schedule will be very light-the hospitalists take first call. You must be board certified or board eligible and have a current IA license, or be willing to obtain one with CompHealth's assistance.
