~ 2 years PC or IM experience
~ Completed 3 year residency

REQUIRED:
~ ANY state license; active, unrestricted
~ BC/BE
~ DEA

COMPENSATION:
~ Competitive market rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and travel needs, etc.)
~ Malpractice with tail provided

SCHEDULE:
~ Monday thru Friday | 7:30a to 4p
