~ Oversees performance of site Physicians, Family Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and reports to the CMO
~ EMR competency and proficiency
~ Bilingual fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
~ 3-5 years of leadership experience
~ Three years of administration/management experience
~ Three years of experience in caring for underserved populations
~ Requires periods of standing and walking
~ Essential to have ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 35 pounds
~ Requires long periods of time sitting while on the telephone and/or doing computer work
~ Requires sufficient near vision to be able to read documents and computer screen
~ OSHA Classification is Category I: All procedures or other job-related tasks that involve an inherent potential for mucous membrane or skin contact with blood, body fluids or tissue, or a potential for spills or splashes of these fluids
~ HIPAA Classification: Unrestricted Access: A workforce member with unrestricted access will have full access to patient’s protected health information, including the patient’s entire medical record, for patient care purposes
~ Licensed M.D. or D.O.; active, unrestricted
~ BC; Primary Care Medicine
~ Obtain PPD for tuberculosis, vaccine records for MMR, Varicella, T-DaP and Hep B
~ $180,000 to $200,000 /yr. $10,000 for OB experience
~ Medical, Dental and Vision
~ Worksite Wellness Program, EAP, 457 retirement fund, 403B retirement plan with 3% matching after 1 year of employment, 160 PTO hours within the first year and so much more.
