A family medicine position is newly available at a critical access hospital in Washington. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1:4 call. The incoming family medicine physician can expect to see 15 to 20 patients per day on average. You will see patients of all ages, but there is a large geriatric population. Nursing home visits are required.. You will be supported by advanced practice providers and a part-time physician. You will need to be board certified or a board eligible resident. CompHealth can help with the processing and application if necessary. This employed position offers a competitive compensation package and bonuses. You will also receive paid medical benefits for you and your family, 80 hours PTO per year, 10 holidays, 5 sick days, student loan repayment, relocation reimbursement, a sign-on bonus, life insurance, 5 days of CME and $2,500 stipend, a 403B retirement package with matching, and malpractice coverage. You will enjoy living in this small town in southeastern Washington. In the area, you will be able to raft, swim, boat, and fish on the Snake River.
