Job Description
Family Medicine Physician - $225k annually plus Collections Bonus
Manasquan, NJ
Join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. The Health Center provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports, and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up.
Position Details
- 20-25 patients per day on average
- Number of Exam Rooms: 12
- Athena EMR
Compensation
- Percentage of collections with a 1-year guarantee; $225K base salary with 35% bonus opportunity on collections over $650K
- Quality bonuses based on VBC performance. Eligible for quarterly VBC bonuses based on performance on key areas including Disease Burden Coding, Care gap closures, panel size, cost of care and access
- Relocation assistance available

Schedule
- Traditional Monday through Friday schedule with occasionally early or late days and 1 Saturday per month
- Call Schedule: Rotates with other 4 providers in the office. Work every 5 Saturdays on an even rotation with the following Monday off
- Call Ratio: 1:5
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Required
- Active NJ license (or willing to obtain) - Required
- Active CSR/CDS and DEA (or able to obtain) - Required
- Clean background and malpractice - Required
- Medicare-eligible (not sanctioned) - Required
- Flu and COVID vaccinations - Required
