CompHealth is assisting a respected, private primary care group in central Connecticut with their search for a physician. The group is hiring a family medicine physician or internal medicine-pediatrics physician. The facility needs a new physician to cover the growing community and take over for a retiring physician. The schedule is Monday through Friday and 1:6 phone call. The incoming physician will see 18 to 21 patients per day. You will work with a compassionate group of advanced practice providers, assistants, and a couple internal medicine-pediatrics physicians. You must be board certified or board eligible. You will need a CT medical license, and CompHealth can help you obtain one if necessary.
For this employed opportunity, you'll be provided relocation assistance, a sign-on, life insurance, one week CME time plus a $3K stipend, covered dues, fees and licenses, a 403(b) retirement package, fully funded pension, and malpractice insurance. You'll also receive a salary that starts around $200K with RVU and quality bonuses, health benefits, and four weeks of vacation.
