Seeking a full-time BC/BE Dermatologist to join our practice. Practice currently has multiple busy offices located in Northern Phoenix area.
Providers treat patients of all ages, are well supported with qualified medical assistants and we accept most insurances. We also have own inhouse billing and scheduling departments. We have a state of the art dermatopathogy lab and two fellowship-trained dermatopathogist.

$250,000 to $300,000 per year – based on hours worked (patient hours). Open for review and open to multiple locations. Current office hours are 7am to 5pm. Open to 4-5 day work weeks.
Performance Incentive: Productivity Incentive – Employee will be paid a productivity incentive calculated as 40% over a threshold of $750,000.00 (seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars) per year in patient revenues received minus expenses and refunds; calculated quarterly ($187,500 per quarter) and paid on the 2nd pay period after each quarter. Incentive will increase to 45% if threshold of $1,000,000 is achieved.

Paid Time Off (PTO): You will be allowed to take three (3) weeks (120 hours) of PTO annually for vacation, CME, sick time, jury duty, bereavement or to take care of personal matters. Pro-rated if joining midyear.
Paid Sick Leave (PSL): You will also be given one (1) week of PSL. The PSL calendar year is from July 1st through June 30th.
Personal Development/CME (Continuing Medical Education): CME annual reimbursement up to $2,500.00. This includes registration, transportation, lodging, professional dues, and professional books. Food will be at Providers own cost. In addition, Employer usually will reimburse Employee for 1 (one) professional association.
Malpractice Insurance/Licensure Fees/Expenses: Medical malpractice insurance in the amount of $1 million /$3 million will paid by The Practice. The Practice will pay Arizona medical licensure, hospital staff dues as necessary and medical plan fees
