- Number of Operating Rooms: 28 across to hospitals
- Number of General Surgeons in Practice: 9
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult, geriatric
- Procedures Required:
  - General Surgical Cases ADULT
  - Breast Surgery
  - Cholecystectomy
  - Hernioplasty
- Board Certified General Surgery - Required
- BLS Certified - Required
- Active SC license & DEA - Required
- Clean background (medical & criminal) - Required
- Breast Surgery Fellowship - Highly Preferred; must at least have extensive training
