- Facility has its own pathology
- General derm practice
- Mostly medical with some cosmetic
- No need for Mohs providers at this time
- High volume practice
- Work with APPs, as well
- Very light outpatient call – 1:4
- Possibility to get integrated into a larger outpatient call group down the line
