Family Practice Physician To Start ASAP - Hartford, CT Suburbs

Community health center in the Hartford suburbs is actively seeking a Family Practice physician to join their team.

FAMILY PHYSICIAN

All ages primary care including preventive visits, chronic care management
Weekday telephone call up to 5 weeknights a month, weekend call approximately 1 in every 6 weekends, and holiday call once a year
Strong collaboration with Physician Assistants and Advance Practice Registered Nurses

Teaching and research opportunities through affiliated academic partners, including academic title and resources

Requirements:

Board Certification or Board Eligibility (for new graduates)
New graduates of residency training programs encouraged to apply
MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) for Substance Use Disorders certified or willingness to certify as part of orientation
