A New Jersey-based healthcare organization is actively seeking a new Physician Recruiter for a promising opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the Physician Recruiter will be responsible for administering strategies for identifying and recruiting Physicians and mid-level providers for hospitals and Physician practices. The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Managing the physician recruitment process with major emphasis in client business development
  • Recommending and executing several aspects of healthcare recruiting
  • Identifying and interviewing the qualified healthcare provider
  • Assisting in contract negotiations
  • Handling the receipt of current credentials
  • Participation in the integration of Physicians and/or mid-level providers in hospital and practices

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of Recruitment experience in a Healthcare / Hospital setting
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience with On-boarding / Off-boarding, Contract Negotiations, and Business Development
  • Proven interviewing and sourcing skills
  • Computer and Social Media savvy
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
