* - Provide guidance for your team of health providers- Patient medical

reviews- Assist patients with developing the skills needed to fully recover

from addiction- Offer patients medication management- Provide medical

reviews as needed- Provide treatment for various drug, alcohol and tobacco

addiction- Manage medication- Oversight of program adherence*
