• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• BLS needed
• No heads or hearts or spines
• General anesthesia, thoracic, vascular, OB, ENT, eyes, ortho, urology, minimal peds (mostly ENT)
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
