- Start Date: ASAP-Ongoing, credentialing takes 90 days

- Schedule: 8s, 10s, or 12s available, must participate in call rotation

- Types of cases: General, Ortho, Endo, OB, Urology, Cardiology, Gyno, ENT, Thoracic, Neuro/spine, Vascular

- Logistics:  Full travel, lodging, and malpractice will be provided
