  - June 23 - 27
- EP and General OR coverage is Needed
- Provider must be available for EP lab shifts
- Monday - Friday
- Independent Cases in EP and Endo - Anesthesiologist would be responsible for Varias Ablations, Device placements. TAVRS, Mitral Clips, lead extractions they will not be required to do
- The Cardiac Anesthesiologist will do the Complex cases
- May need to cover General OR if EP Lab is being medically directed
- No Call
- If call is needed: General OR Schedule
  - Saturday Day Shift 7a - 7p
  - Saturday Night Back Up Call from hotel 7p - 7a
  - Sunday Day Shift 7a - 7p
  - Sunday Night Back Up Call from hotel 7p - 7a
- Providers Needed: 2
- EMR: Epic
- Active MDLicense Required
- Board Certified Required
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS Required
- Trauma Level III
- Resident/Teaching Supervison Required
