• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• Required to serve backup in ER & ICU
• 12 - 15 patients per day per provider, average of 8 admissions per day & 6 admits per night
• General surgery, ortho, podiatry, pain management, OB/GYN, dental peds
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
