Description:

I am looking for 2 locum Anesthesiologist to join their group.

Schedule: Sporadic

Call: Rare

Supervision: NONE

CRNAs prepare cart.

Cases per day: 4-6

EMR: Cerner

Procedures: General surgical adult and pediatric cases. No neonatal. Minor nerve blocks, IV regionalanesthesia, spinal, epidural, OB, Neuro is basic bread and butter with 95% spine. Thoracic and vascular some thoracoscopy maybe ab fistula but no aorta surgeries and no complicated vascular or complex orthopedic.

• October 7-11
• October 14-18 (need two locum providers)
• Oct 21-25
• Nov 4-8
• Nov 11-15
• Nov 18-22
• Nov 25-28 (two providers needed on 28 & 29)
• Dec 2-6
• Dec 9-13
• Dec 16-20
• Dec 23-27 (need two providers)
• Dec 30-Jan 3 (need two providers)
• Sporadic ongoing coverage

Required:

IA License; active and unrestricted, will consider IMLC.

Board Certified

Must have ongoing availability.

Travel expenses and malpractice insurance are provided.
