Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on education, experience, responsibility, and language proficiency

Additional Info: The Family Physician is a member of the cross-disciplinary team that includes nurse practitioners, medical assistants, nurses, behavioral health, and other support staff. Responsibilities:- Offer family practice primary care to the patient population at MCHCC- Provide clinical leadership for the care team- Meet with the care team twice daily to review upcoming appointments and individual patient needs- Serve as a collaborating physician on collaborative practice agreements for nurse practitioners and midwivesQualifications: - DEA and Controlled Substance Registration Certification required- Bilingual Spanish preferred- Trauma informed care approach preferred- Motivational interviewing training preferredOur organization is committed to providing a commitment for all staff to have a positive work/life balance, a focus on shared work on behalf of our patients, and a rich community life among our staff which includes monthly staff meals and other social events.
