- PALS and ACLS required
- Patients will be seen for 99% adult cases, and 1% pediatric cases
- General, OB, complex, and ophthalmology procedures
- Hospital privileges needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
