• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call, Flexible
• ACLS and BLS required
• Typically 2 - 6 cases per day
• OB, healthy peds, ortho, regional, spinal, vascular, and thoracic
• Hospital privileges needed
• DEA needed
